I have a good recipe for making your own Oat Milk from home (probably the most eco way!), it's very simple! But it did take me a few attempts to get it nice!
Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
4 cups of water
For a sweeter taste... (optional)Add a tiny bit of locally sourced honey
Add some cinnamon
Blend - 1 min
Sieve - (keep liquid)
Blend - 1 min
Sieve - (keep liquid)
Blend - 1 min
Sieve - (keep liquid)
Bottle ->> Refrigerate and use in 3 days
