I've just been reading how Cornwall is taking their climate emergency programme forward. I've downloaded the relevant information from their last meetings which includes their action plan on how to get to carbon zero by 2030, an analysis of where they are now in terms of carbon emissions and who is responsible for what areas. It's so helpful having a blueprint as such. What's the best way for our County Council? Would anyone like me to send them this info to read?
