Hi, I read on the extinction rebellion newsletter they want volunteers, full time , 20 hours a week or one day a week . I’m thinking of volunteering myself and wondered if anyone else in Shaftesbury is thinking of / already doing the same .

I’m not sure what I could actually help with whilst living in Shaftesbury but in the past I have worked as a teacher , in sales & marketing and also worked for a charity a long while ago setting up their social media platform . Anyway I hope they can find something for me to do , even if it’s stuffing envelopes 😂 I’m really excited to hear that Shaftesbury is getting involved with extinction rebellion in terms of having an affiliated group and I think we especially need youth group or something for the older school kids who are thinking of taking action, boycotting fast fashion with XR52 / school strike action etc and need some kind of base .
