A friend put me on to making 'ecobricks' by stuffing a two-litre plastic bottle full with clean, dry, non-recyclable plastics (e.g. empty crisp packets, tops off veg trays etc.) until it is solid - takes quite a long time! - and then apparently it can be used to build a wall with. Then the friend told me that the friend who told her about it doesn't know where to deliver them to! Does anyone know of someone in our area who is collecting them as it seems like a good idea to me?
