Saturday's symposium looks interesting: from the website ...

Speakers include Tim Crabtree of Wessex Community Assets, James Binning from the Ecological Land Co-op, Loretta Bosence from Local Work and Ag Lab, Jez Ralph from Evolving Forests and Terrain Talks, Clare Hill from Roots to Regeneration, Maria Benjamin from Dodgeson Wood and Lake District Tweed, and guest chairs including Giles Smith from Assemble and Julian Manley, academic lead on the development of the Preston Model. A full programme will be published shortly.


Tickets for Saturday are £35 (with £25 extra for lunch) but the website suggests there's a discount for groups of 10 or more and there's the option of taking a packed lunch. To make up numbers for an early group booking please email planetshaftesbury@gmail.com by 9th April.
