Reinforcing the support offered by the Planet Shaftesbury Network

Our review of how Planet Shaftesbury has supported us so far identified some scope for making adjustments that could make us more effective. The agenda for June 6th will be built on the night using any 'tensions' brought along by participants (tension = an individual's awareness that something done differently by Planet Shaftesbury could enhance their personal effectiveness). Rachel Bodle will facilitate the meeting using a structured approach (holacracy) developed for flat organisations that offer lots of autonomy. There's more about holacracy and the process we'll use here (https://www.holacracy.org/governance-meetings). This approach has been used by Extinction Rebellion and others. We're not constrained by adopting it at this stage - we could move away from using holacracy and become more bureaucratic if that was what we decided was appropriate! Decisions on changes to be made will be reported on this website and to the next monthly meeting on June 20th.
