About the Event
North Dorset CPRE have arranged their AGM at 5.30 pm on Thursday 31st March, at Clayesmore School. The speaker will be Richard Burden, the well regarded Principal Landscape and Planning Officer for The Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). His talk will be on “The Role of the Cranborne Chase AONB and How Best to Protect It”.
Rupert Hardy writes: 'It should be very interesting given our concern over the draft Dorset Council Local Plan and excessive housing targets, including sites within both of Dorset’s AONBs. You may have noticed a lot of comment from us in the local media, and may I remind you we have a regular monthly column in the online Blackmore Vale Magazine.
A warm invitation to the AGM and Talk is extended to members and non-members alike. We will be serving wine after the talk so I do hope you can come. We would be most grateful though if you can confirm your attendance with names of attendees to me at rupert@hardyfinancial.co.uk. It would also be a good idea if you could take a lateral flow test before the meeting.'
