You might know Mallika Basu from The Kitchen Cabinet on Radio 4. She is a writer, presenter/commentator and board adviser in food, drink and hospitality, with two published cookbooks. She's passionate about the role of food as a force for good. On September 9th she’ll be in conversation with local chef and writer Philippa Davies about her new book In Good Taste. This event is organised by The Kitchen Table and will take place at the Guild of Fine Food in Gillingham.
