Gillingham Extinction Rebellion Meeting

"Following an initial meeting and talk by 2 people from Dorchester XR, which was called at somewhat short notice and hence not very well attended, the Gillingham group met at the Threshold Centre on 25th July to discuss how we wanted to proceed. This second meeting was very well attended, but mostly consisted of debate as to whether we were going to follow in the footsteps of Planet Shaftesbury, or be a purely XR group. A subsequent meeting of 'Gillingham XR' was held on 1st August, also at the Threshold Centre, at which we discussed the sort of actions people might want to take, and how to organise ourselves.
