About the Event
During the summit, Rupert gave a talk at Falmouth University hosted by their Dark Economies Research Group and in connection with Extinction Rebellion. He also spoke at a mass gathering of climate activists. He says: 'We cannot allow politicians to shirk their responsibility for the climate crisis. There is no self-isolation from the collapse of nature.'
He is hosting this session for Greens Climate Activist Network. (See more about the network here.) It will be an opportunity for reflection and discussion about the inadequacies that arise out of G7, while shining a light on what positives we can take to COP later this year.
