About the Event
Creating a Directory... #HelpAndKindness have been supporting and contributing to a Food Security Network for a number of years with colleagues from the local authorities, the NHS, local communities, and Public Health Dorset. #HelpAndKindness’ community mapping services have been applied to a wide spectrum of organisations, services, and activities that are involved in feeding the population of Dorset. A presentation from #HelpAndKindess will share their work on their online directory and the network that’s been created to support Emergency and Affordable Food Projects in Dorset. Jon Sloper will also share plans that are underway to present the wider food projects within #HelpAndKindness in a similar way, and he will draw together insights and opportunities for collaboration on projects in the area for a wider discussion. All are welcome - please come along and share your local knowledge and expertise around all areas of the food chain in Dorset – and if you are coming along, tell someone else in your food network about the meeting in case they would like to join us!
Registration is required to attend this event - A link to the meeting will be emailed to you once you have registered.
