About the Event
Join us for a free family tree planting event at Woodfrys Farm during February half term.
Come and help us plant 500 trees in various locations around the farm. We'll show you how to plant bare root trees so they can grow big and strong. Hot drinks and snacks provided as a thank you (please let us know if you have any special dietary needs by emailing info@woodfrysfarm.co.uk or texting us on 07376 498 672)
Bring warm, waterproof clothing, and wear wellies or boots.
Event starts 10am. Put Woodfrys Farm into Google Maps to get here. Come through the farm gates and park in the yard and we'll meet you there. Finished by 12.30pm.
Woodfrys is a nature friendly farm, in Melbury Abbas, just outside of Shaftesbury. We farm rare breed cattle, pigs and chickens and are in the process of developing a market garden. We also run a small…
