This fund will enable people and communities to take the lead in addressing the climate emergency. The National Lottery Community Fund also revealed that it is exploring further ways to support the wider sector and its grantees to help them mitigate their impact on the climate, such as via its Climate Action Top-up scheme, which will soon be piloted in Wales. The National Lottery Community Fund is the largest funder of community activity in the UK. Over the past 15 years, they have made over 200,000 grants and awarded more than £9 billion to projects that have benefited millions of people. To read more about the Climate Action Fund, click here.

Hi, We live in Melbury Abbas, and would love to have bees on site (small farm 25 acres) - but husband is allergic to wasps and hornets and we are generally very busy looking after children and animals. Just wondered if there was anyone out there already into bee-keeping who would be looking for a site, or someone who wants to get into bee-keeping but has no-where to do it? We can do daily checks on the hives to make sure all looks in order. Not looking for any rent, but be great if we could get some honey! Thanks Hannah
